  14 Most of PSPP is distributed under the GNU General Public
  15 License.  The General Public License says, in effect, that you may
  16 modify and distribute PSPP as you like, as long as you grant the
  17 same rights to others.  It also states that you must provide source code
  18 when you distribute PSPP, or, if you obtained PSPP
  19 source code from an anonymous ftp site, give out the name of that site.
