* glob.c: Add #include <stdio.h> the readline.h #include, which
fixes problems for some readline versions that refer to FILE but
don't #include <stdio.h> themselves.

* getdelim.c, alloca.c: common.h is no longer, but alloc.h
declares the allocation functions.
