Move auxiliary files used for build into "build-aux" directory.

This reduces clutter in the root directory of the PSPP distribution.  It
is common practice for GNU software these days.
build-aux/texinfo.tex [new file with mode: 0644] blob
texinfo.tex [deleted file] blob | history
PSPP build tags.
