NPAR TESTS: Fix two test failures.

Tests "NPAR TESTS CHISQUARE with DESCRIPTIVES" and "NPAR TESTS CHISQUARE,
listwise missing" were failing because of some unexpected behavior of
lex_put_back().  This fixes the problem by avoiding lex_put_back()
entirely.
