   3 In the future, we will expand Pintos's analysis capabilities to
   4 provide quantitative information  and include realistic
   5 device models.
   6 We are also considering extending Pintos to multiple
   7 CPUs, and developing assignments that involve
   8 networking and interprocess communication (IPC).
   9 Although feedback from our industrial affiliates, who compare
  10 students having used Pintos to students having taken courses
  11 that use less concrete or external approaches, is highly favorable,
  12 we need to perform a formal evaluation comparing learning
  13 outcomes using Pintos to other alternatives.
