Subject: [PATCH] test-inttostr: avoid warnings about 4-6KB literal strings

* tests/test-inttostr.c: Don't use <assert.h>.  Instead, ...
Include "macros.h", for its definition of ASSERT.

* modules/inttostr-tests (Files): Add macros.h.
