+ bootstrap: use glibtoolize on MacOS
+ * build-aux/bootstrap (check_versions): Convert libtool into
+ libtoolize.
+ (tool search): Move libtool check earlier, and look for
+ glibtoolize for MacOS.
+ (gnulib_tool_options): Auto-add --libtool when appropriate.
