init.sh: improve comments

* tests/init.sh: Recommend the one-line init.sh-sourcing idiom:
. "${srcdir=.}/init.sh"; path_prepend_ .
Add a note about path_prepend_ and the alternative of using
TESTS_ENVIRONMENT.
