mkdir: make safe for libraries

xstrdup is too dangerous to use in a syscall replacement.

* modules/mkdir (Depends-on): Drop xalloc.
* lib/mkdir.c (rpl_mkdir): Fail with ENOMEM rather than calling
exit.
