Another fseek test.

* tests/test-fseek.c (main): Also test ungetc handling.
* tests/test-fseeko.c (main): Likewise.
* modules/fseeko (Depends-on): Add verify.
* lib/fseeko.c [!HAVE_FSEEKO]: Verify that off_t is not too
large.
