exclude: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.

* m4/exclude.m4: Remove file.
* modules/exclude (Files): Remove it.
(configure.ac): Remove gl_EXCLUDE call.
(Makefile.am): Augment lib_SOURCES.
