file-type: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.

* m4/file-type.m4: Remove file.
* modules/file-type (Files): Remove it.
(configure.ac): Remove gl_FILE_TYPE call.
(Makefile.am): Augment lib_SOURCES.
