gethostname: Provide a fallback for HOST_NAME_MAX.

* m4/gethostname.m4 (gl_FUNC_GETHOSTNAME): When neither HOST_NAME_MAX
nor MAXHOSTNAMELEN is found in the usual system headers, use 256
instead.
