test-strerror: make debugging EAI_SYSTEM easier

* modules/getaddrinfo-tests (Depends-on): Add strerror.
* test-getaddrinfo.c (simple) [ENABLE_DEBUGGING]: Report errno if
failure was EAI_SYSTEM.
