	* Makefile.am evaluate.h.pl evaluate.inc.pl operations.h.pl
	  optimize.inc.pl parse.inc.p:  

	  Renamed generate.pl to PSPP_expressions.pm and adjusted *.pl
	  to suit. 

	  Fixed everything so that it can be built from an arbitrary
	  directory.
