  25         pointer.  Add `is_new_variable' member to allow us to know whether
  26         to delete the variable at destruction time, in case of an error.
  27         (lvalue_parse) Create variable whose name is specified, if it does
  28         not already exist, as a numeric variable.
  29         (lvalue_get_type) Rewrite to work with revised lvalue structure.
  30         New `dict' parameter, which propagates back up its call chain.
  31         (lvalue_finalize) No need to create variable here since we did so
  32         at parse time.
  33         (lvalue_destroy) Destroy variable if `is_new_variable' set.
